What you need:
–12 Oz. Vanilla Flavored Candy Melts (pink)
–12 Oz. Vanilla Flavored Candy Melts (white)
–Sprinkles
–Heart mold
Make Heart Shaped Chocolate
First, place your pink vanilla flavored candy melts into a bowl. Then microwave the melts at 30 second intervals according to the package directions.
I found Make N’ Mold brand melts & a 24 count heart mold at Hobby Lobby. Wilton Pink Melts would also work great!
Then I filled in the hearts using a spoon. Once all the hearts were filled with chocolate, I set the mold in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate had hardened.
Melt the Chocolate & Spread it Out!
In the meantime, I melted the white chocolate melts in the microwave according to the package instructions.
Then I spread out the melted chocolate on a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper. Next I shaped the melted chocolate into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick using a spatula.
Add the Toppings!
After that I took out my heart mold from the refrigerator and pressed the hearts out.
While the bark was still moist, I added my chocolate hearts and sprinkles to the top.
Then I let the bark sit out at room temperature for about a 1/2 hour or until the bark had hardened. Feel free to refrigerate the bark to speed up the process.
Serve the Bark to Your Guests
After the bark had hardened, I cut the bark into small pieces using a knife. Then I placed the bark in treat cups to serve to my guests!
Bark is such an easy treat to serve at a party or a fun classroom treat. This snack was a big hit for my kids when I hosted a sprinkled with love Valentine’s Day party. Keep scrolling for the full recipe!
