HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIES
To start out, you will need these ingredients:
Fresh Baby Spinach
Fresh Strawberries for Garnish
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender for about 30-60 seconds. I like to use my Ninja blender and set it at speed 2. If you don’t have certain ingredients on hand, you can try these substitutions.
-Use vanilla yogurt or strawberry banana yogurt or Green yogurt.
-Incorporate Kale instead of Spinach.
-Instead of orange juice, you could any other flavor of juice. Apple juice or berry flavored juice will work too!
SERVE AND ENJOY!
Once your smoothie is all mixed together, pour it into glasses and serve immediately! Garnish with a heart shaped Strawberry.
It’s super easy to make a heart shaped strawberry. Begin with a perfectly shaped strawberry. Cut a small slice off of the strawberry using a small knife.
Carefully cut the strawberry slice into a heart shape. Cut a small slit in the bottom, and place on the edge of you glass.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 14 Oz. Strawberries frozen
- 1 Banana fresh
- 10-12 Baby Spinach Leaves fresh
- 1.5 Cups Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Strawberry Yogurt
- 3 Tbls. Honey (optional)
- 4 Strawberries fresh (to garnish)
- Gather your ingredients and blender
- Add all of your ingredients to the blender and blend together
- Blend up the ingredients for about 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately
- Garnish glassed with heart shaped Strawberries for a fun detail!
