  • 6 Clear 9 oz Solo Cups
  • 1 Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 23.4 oz. Boxes of Instant Coconut Cream Pudding
  • Snowman Marshmallows
  • 1Can Whip Cream Canister
  • 1Bag Coconut Flakes
  • 4Oz. “Warm Hugs” Sprinkles Mix
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Tube of Black Decorating Gel
  1. First set aside time to bake your angel food cake mix. Give this time to cool all the way. One box makes about 3 loaves. You will only need less than 1 loaf! Once it’s ready, cut the angel food cake into small squares.
  2. Mix your coconut cream instant pudding with milk according to the package instructions and set aside.
  3. Create a snowman face using a large marshmallow and sprinkles! Use 2 black pearls for the eyes, a carrot nose and 4 black pearls for the mouth. Create slits in the marshmallow first using scissors or a toothpick. This helps the sprinkles stick to the marshmallow.
  4. Begin layering your ingredients in a 9 oz. solo cups! Layer like this from the bottom to the top: pudding, angel food cake squares, pudding, snowman marshmallows, and whip cream.
  5. Then place the snowman head on top of the whip cream. Position this near the back side of the cup to leave room to add a snowman arms. Add white, black and brown sprinkles to the top. Add a bit of coconut. Then draw snowman arms using black decorating gel. Serve right away!
Recipe Notes

*These are best if they are served right away! However, they keep a little better in the refrigerator if you need to wait 20-30 minutes. I can’t promise that they will stay together well though!
