Pumpkin spice kettle corn is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. It’s a fun Fall option to add to a popcorn station! All you need are a few simple ingredients and supplies to get started.
What you need:
-Large Pot with a Lid
-Wooden Spoon
-Unpopped Corn
-Canola or Vegetable Oil
-Sugar
-Cloves
-Ginger
-Nutmeg
-Cinnamon

Do you love a variety of popcorn flavors? Pumpkin spice kettle corn pairs well with cheddar and caramel popcorn! If you want to include toppings, a few ideas could add pumpkin spice marshmallows, candy corn and pretzels!

Pumpkin Spice Kettle Corn Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Unpopped popcorn
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Cloves
- 1/8 tsp. Ginger
- 1/8 tps. Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
- Take out a large pot and place on the stove over medium heat. Pour in the oil and unpopped popcorn. Then add sugar and all the seasonings. Stir everything together and place the lid on.
- Let the popcorn kernels heat up until the popping starts!
- Turn the burner down to medium-low and shake the pot back and forth every two minutes or so to prevent burning the bottom of the popcorn.
- When all the kernels have finished popping, pour into a bowl, cool and enjoy!
