Hey everyone! Do you ever have a Mondays where you wake up and you feel absolutely no motivation? Well, that was me Monday and Tuesday and I didn’t feel overly inspired. Then on Wednesday, a friend of mine, Tori, asked me to be a nominee for the Liebster Award for new bloggers. Score!! My next blog post idea fell in my lap and I got nominated for an award! My week definitely got better from there. Thanks Tori!
What is the Liebster Award?
In German, Liebster means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing, and welcome. The Liebster Award is given to bloggers from other bloggers. This award is great because it gives exposure to new bloggers who are just starting out.
Who Nominated Me?
It was such an honor to be nominated for the Liebster Award by Tori from Toriorioria. Tori shares all about planning the perfect party and inspiration for all of life’s special occasions. She is super talented at creating her own party printables go along with her party themes!
My Favorite Blog
One of my all time favorite blogs is Mel’s Kitchen Cafe created by Mel. Mel is a food blogger who shares her tried and true recipes with the world! I’m not kidding, she has some of the best recipes out there and I go back to her blog time and time again.
My skills in the kitchen were lacking a bit when I came across this amazing food blog two years ago. Ever since I found it, I feel pretty confident in the kitchen. Also, reading Mel’s blog inspired me to start my blog about party styling called Joy in the Commonplace.
I’ve always considered myself a soft pretzel connoisseur. I just love them dipped in delicious cheesy sauce. Anyways, Mel has THEE best pretzel bites and pretzel rolls out there! The pretzel bites make the perfect party appetizer and they are super easy to make. Thanks Mel for inspiring me to keep moving forward with cooking!
