Popcorn Snowball Recipe
-10 oz. bag of mini marshmallows
-1/2 cup un-popped popcorn
-4 Tablespoons butter
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-Serves about 6 people -20 minutes to make -30 minutes resting time.
To start out, pop the popcorn in air popper or on the stove top and set aside.
Begin by melting the butter on medium-low. Add the marshmallows and vanilla.
Stir almost constantly. Turn the heat down to low as the marshmallows start to melt.
Take out a large bowl. Pour the popcorn and marshmallow mix together with a wooden spoon until combined.
Form your popcorn mixture into 2 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper to set up. I would recommend getting a little water on your hands first so it doesn’t stick.
Let these set up for about 30 minutes!
