It’s that time of year again! My kids headed back to school. Of course, I had to capture the traditional “back to school picture!” To make the shot memorable, I designed back to school pennant flags with my kids’ grade levels. I’ll be sharing the free printable as well!
How to make a pennant flag
To start out, I printed off my pennant flags. If you’re interested in making your own, feel free to click the link below and grab the free printable! (includes grades 1-6)
Using hot glue, I attached the flags to straws. This is a fun and simple idea to jazz up the traditional school pictures!
Close ups!
I loved getting close up pictures of each of my kids. The straw flags are so handy because they help me remember which grade they were in at the time.
I hope your kids have a great school year! Be sure to grab the free printable flags before you go! Do you have any back to school traditions? I’d love to hear about them in the comments!
