One of my favorite times of year is Valentine’s Day! To make this year special for the kids, I set up a festive hot chocolate charcuterie board for their after school snack! I loved seeing the looks on their faces when they walked in the door.

Of course I created a balloon garland backdrop! As a balloon stylist, I enjoying coming up with fun designs to celebrate the holidays.

set up a hot chocolate charcuterie board
Just for fun, I set up a festive hot cocoa board with all the yummy toppings and snacks! This would be fun to make for a Valentine’s Day party with friends or family!

One of our favorite hot cocoa toppings is heart marshmallows! We always keep these on hand around Valentine’s Day. They are perfect to serve with hot cocoa!

To create a festive snack board, I found heart candies, pink chocolates, Little Debbie snack cakes & more. My go-to places to shop are the Dollar Tree & Walmart.

marshmallow kabobs for the win!
To add a fun touch, I made marshmallow ka-bobs to go with the kids hot cocoa. They were a hit for sure.

I’m really loving the “bows” trend right now. They are such a fun way to accent cake stands or candlesticks!

a simple hot cocoa station will do the trick!
Our coffee bar was the perfect place to set up a simple hot chocolate station. I set out hot water, hot chocolate mix, mugs & supplies.

Festive pink accents like containers or spoons really added to the vibe I was going for!
