This feature is definitely is unique. Most other stationary websites don’t offer THAT many colors.

Over 40 Different Colors of Envelopes

While I’m talking about colors, I have to mention that Basic Invite has over 40 different colors of envelopes to choose from. I thought that was an amazing feature. So of course I went ahead and tried out a few fun color options to match my cards.

Do you hate licking envelopes? I know I do! Each envelope is peel and seal so there is no licking the envelope with these!

Amazing Customizing Options

Like I said, I can’t get over how many color options are available through this company. But let’s talk about fonts, paper options, card shapes and customizing the back of your card!

Fonts:

I’m a huge fan of fancy lettering and I loved that I could change the fonts and add in my favorites. Basic Invite has plenty of options, ranging from plain to fancy lettering.

Paper Options:

I printed my Christmas cards using the signature matte and I was very impressed. This paper is beautiful and the colors are really nice. If you’d like to upgrade, Basic Invite offers higher quality papers with beautiful textures and vibrant hues. 

Card Shapes:

Square edges are nice but I loved that I had the option to change the shape of my holiday cards and they turned out beautifully!

Customize the Back:

Last but not least, you can customize the back of your cards if you wish! Basic Invite offers various colors, picture collages, and patterns to choose from. The options seem endless!

Custom Samples

When I’m shopping, I like to see what I’m buying before I commit. My favorite feature about this company is that you can receive a custom sample of your Christmas card. 

That way you will know what the actual card looks, feels, and smells like… (am I the only one who loves the smell of fresh paper? haha).

Address Capturing Service

If you’re looking for a way to save time this holiday season, Basic Invite has an address capturing service available just for you!

This service allows you to provide your family and friends with a link via social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and they can enter their address directly onto your customer account.

Then you can print all of your recipients’ addresses onto your envelopes with no extra cost. (score!)

Foil Cards

Although I didn’t choose this option for my cards, Basic Invite offers foiled holiday cards that are available in gold, silver, and rose gold. You can choose flat or raised foil options. These would look lovely if you wanted to add an extra fancy detail!

So really friends, Basic Invite is anything but basic. They have almost unlimited color options and they offer numerous ways to customize your Christmas cards. My favorite part was definitely changing up the colors and fonts to make a truly custom card!
